T.C. Repair & Supply keep an extensive stock of both new and reconditioned twin-nozzle portable and fixed-in-place machines, plus a range of single nozzle programmable machines carried from stock. These machines are available for re-sale or part exchange against used units. Additionally, under certain circumstances, we will be pleased to discuss part exchange against gas freeing fans, or tank cleaning machine spare parts.

Our experienced engineers are skilled in the repair and servicing of most of the major makes and models of tank cleaning machines, and have a full working knowledge of many obscure or even obsolete makes, from such countries as Japan & Russia. The servicing & refurbishment of pneumatic and fluid driven power units is another task that can be from either of our offices, by our skilled technicians.

In addition, we carry an extensive stock of both new and reconditioned spare parts for all of the Butterworth range of machines, including 'K', 'SK','MP', Lavjet, Lavomatic (Standard and 'SA'), P60 and P-76. We also have a stock of Victor Pyrate parts (VP Matic, Monomatic, etc.), as well as spares for Japanese machines (Hy-Otac, Toko Seiki, Kappa, Cannonfix, etc.), and many others.

The problem of obsolete components can be overcome, as we have an 'in-house' machining facility (ISO 9002 accredited) which is able to machine any part required from either a sample or a drawing.

Portable machine accessories are available from stock and we are able to supply both lay-flat, lightweight tank-cleaning hoses as well as conventional heavy duty type SBR/EPDM hoses. Hose saddles are also available to suit 1 ½" & 2" hose sizes.
